Welcome to the 2026 Illuminate Fundraising Fashion Show Volunteer Page! Thank you for your interest in volunteering at **Dress for Success Cincinnati’s 2026 Illuminate Fashion Show!** **Thursday, October 15, 2026** **First Financial Center – Queens Ballroom, 3rd Floor** 525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Illuminate is Dress for Success Cincinnati’s annual fundraising fashion show and one of our largest events of the year. This exciting evening brings together hundreds of guests (550!) for inspiring stories, exceptional fashion, live entertainment, a seated dinner, silent auction and meaningful moments celebrating the women and community we serve. It takes a LOT of volunteers to bring Illuminate to life — and we would love your help! Volunteer opportunities will be available throughout the entire day, beginning at 10:00 AM with event setup and continuing through 10:00 PM. Various shifts and roles are available, so please review the opportunities below and select the shift that works best for you. Volunteer roles may include event setup, décor and ballroom preparation, registration assistance, guest greeters, directional “human arrows,” VIP reception support, silent auction assistance, fashion show support, event breakdown and more. Please note volunteers 18 + are welcome to sign up for shifts prior to 6 pm however due to liability reasons volunteers must be 21 + years of age from 6 pm to 11 pm volunteer shifts. Evening Volunteer Attire If you are volunteering anytime between 6:00–10:00 PM, please wear all black and comfortable shoes. You may be standing and walking for much of your shift. Event Location Illuminate will take place in the Queens Ballroom on the 3rd floor of First Financial Center. Escalators and elevators are available to access the ballroom. Additional arrival, parking and check-in instructions will be shared with registered volunteers closer to the event. Volunteer Perks As an Illuminate volunteer, you’ll receive: * Admission to enjoy portions of the Illuminate Fashion Show outside of your assigned volunteer responsibilities * Access to our Volunteer Hospitality Room with snacks, water and soda * The opportunity to be part of one of Dress for Success Cincinnati’s largest fundraising events of the year * Most importantly, the chance to help us create an incredible experience for hundreds of guests who are coming together to support our mission! **Please note:** Signing up for a volunteer shift means we are counting on you to help fill an important event-day role.
